Roasted Soy Sauce Chicken v3.1

Noodles hold up surprisingly well even after I got distracted and left them sitting for a few extra minutes. The roasted soy flavor comes through strong without being too salty, and the pack is genuinely filling for a single serving. Definitely my new go-to when I need dinner in a hurry.

The noodles cooked up perfectly in exactly the time on the pack, and that roasted soy sauce broth is seriously hearty for a quick meal. I’ve already got another pack on the way, it’s that good for a lazy dinner.

The broth has a deep, roasted flavor that actually reminds me of proper chicken soup, not just salty water. Noodles hold up well without getting mushy, even when I forget about them for an extra minute.
