Vegan White Miso v3.1

The miso flavor is spot-on, and the broth turns out genuinely rich without any dairy. I added some tofu and bok choy, and it made a perfect quick dinner that actually feels like a proper meal.

The broth has that deep, savory umami punch that actually tastes like real miso, not just salt water. I added some tofu and spinach and it held up perfectly, the noodles stayed firm even after a few minutes of sitting.

Finally, a vegan instant ramen that doesn't taste like an afterthought — the broth has that authentic miso richness I crave. The noodles hold up perfectly even after a few minutes in the bowl, which is a nice surprise for a plant-based pack.
