Vzniklý spojením tradic sečuánské a japonské ramen kuchyně, náš Tantanmen přináší krémový, pikantní sezamový vývar, který postupně a lahodně buduje jak svou „Ma“ (sečuánské mravenčení), tak „La“ (pálivost), takže je těžké přestat jíst. Mletý sezam tvoří bohatý, sametový základ, doplněný chilli olejem a sytým veganským umami vývarem, který je výrazný, hřejivý a hluboce uspokojující.

Robert ★★★★★

The numbing builds so slowly I didn’t notice until my lips were tingling halfway through, and the broth stayed creamy to the last drop. Batch 4 is the best one yet — I’ve already ordered another nine-pack.

The sesame broth is so creamy it coats the noodles perfectly, and that Sichuan numbing kicks in right when you think the heat’s done. I’ve already gone through three packs this week, each bowl better than the last.

Hannah ★★★★★

The numbing builds so gradually that I didn't realize how deep I was in until my lips were buzzing—that's the Sichuan heat done right. Broth stayed creamy through the whole bowl, not a hint of separation.
