I was skeptical about vegan ramen but the White Miso surprised me with how rich the broth is, and the noodles actually hold their texture instead of turning to mush. The Garlic Pork Tonkotsu is my favorite for a heavy dinner, and having all four in one subscription box means I never get bored.
The variety pack is perfect if you like switching things up, and the Woodland Umami Mushroom is a surprisingly rich bowl for a vegan option. Broth base comes out super creamy and the noodles have that proper bite to them. Already set up for the next batch.
The vegan white miso and woodland umami mushroom both have that deep, slow-cooked broth flavor that’s hard to find in instant noodles, and the noodles themselves hold up great without turning mushy. I’m already halfway through the box and the variety keeps it from feeling like a chore to eat.
