QR-leikkuulauta on valmistettu tiikkipuusta, ja siinä on päätypuurakenne reunasyyn sijaan. Veitset liikkuvat puukuitujen välissä, mikä tekee laudasta itsekorjautuvan, kestävämmän ja pitkäikäisemmän. Kosteuden ja bakteerien kestävä, kun sitä hoidetaan.
