Représentant près de 25 % du sachet, notre bœuf haché lyophilisé premium, originaire des États-Unis, est l'ingrédient le plus présent en volume ! Ce mélange reprend la plupart des saveurs du mélange de bœuf, avec en plus des échalotes frites pour une touche umami supplémentaire.

Il suffit d' ajouter les garnitures et de les cuire avec les nouilles, ou de verser de l'eau bouillante dessus et de laisser reposer au moins 3 minutes. C'est aussi simple que ça !
