Woodland Umami Champignon v3.1 Lot 5 - Abonnement

I was initially skeptical about a vegan mushroom broth, but the umami depth here is genuinely restaurant-quality — it's rich without being heavy, and the flavor lingers nicely. The fact that it's a subscription means I never run out mid-week, which is exactly what I need for lazy dinners.

The broth is so savory and deep that I actually caught myself drinking every last drop straight from the bowl. The mushrooms are packed in with real generosity, which makes the vegan claim feel like a bonus rather than a compromise.

Third batch in and the broth depth keeps getting better—that savory mushroom umami really comes through without any fake or salty aftertaste. The fact it's vegan and still this rich is what keeps me subscribed. Cooking is quick enough for a weeknight but feels like a proper meal.
