Portacoltelli Magnetico Shadow

Fumbling for my chef’s knife in a drawer used to be a daily annoyance, but this board keeps everything right where I need it. The magnets grip firmly, and the stabilized wood burl feels almost silky under my fingers. It’s a stunning piece that makes my countertop look like a gallery.

The crimson resin against the burl is even more striking in person, and the magnets hold my heaviest chef’s knife securely with no wobble. I’ve had it on the counter for two weeks now and the finish still looks flawless, even after wiping it down daily.

The wood burl pattern is unlike anything I've seen in a knife block, so it doubles as a kitchen centerpiece. Those magnet strips hold my heaviest chef's knife firmly, and the hand-finished edges feel smooth to the touch.
