Got the BOGO deal and honestly that's the only reason I tried it, but now I'm stocking up. The chili oil packs are super fragrant and the noodles hold up way better than other plant-based ramens I've tried.
The heat level is no joke—it hits that tingly numb sensation that actually builds as you eat, and the vegan broth has a real depth to it. Cooked up in about four minutes and the noodles held their chew perfectly. My only regret is not buying more packs before the sale ended.
I was a bit skeptical about plant-based ramen, but the Sichuan chili blend here is legitimately complex and layered, not just a one-note heat. The noodles have a great chew that holds up well even after a few minutes in the bowl.
