The bunka style blade is incredibly nimble for detail work, and the built-in ironsights are a fun conversation starter every time I pull it out. The board is a solid partner too, no slipping even with a wet towel under it.

Ironsights on a kitchen knife sounded like a gimmick until I actually used them to line up precise cuts on the board. The bunka profile handles the rock-and-chop motion beautifully, and the hand-finished edge came razor sharp right out of the bundle. Definitely my favorite purchase this month.
