Född ur mötet mellan Sichuan- och japansk ramen-tradition, levererar vår Tantanmen en krämig, kryddig sesambuljong som bygger upp både dess "Ma", den bedövande känslan från Sichuan, och "La", hettan, på ett gradvis och läckert sätt som gör det svårt att sluta äta. Malen sesam utgör den rika, sammetslena basen, skiktad med chiliolja och en mustig vegansk umamibuljong som är djärv, värmande och djupt tillfredsställande.
