Woodland Umami Mushroom v3.1

Finally, a vegan ramen that actually tastes like something, the mushroom broth is deep and savory without being salty. I grabbed the 15-pack and it's been my go-to for lazy weeknight dinners.

The 9-pack size is perfect for stocking my desk drawer, and each bowl cooks up fast enough for a lunch break. This mushroom version hits that savory note better than any vegan instant ramen I've tried.

The mushroom broth has that deep, earthy savoriness I keep craving on cold nights, and the noodles hold up perfectly even when I let them sit a few extra minutes. I’ve already ordered the 15-pack.
