The maple and walnut finish is gorgeous in person, and the thickness makes it feel super sturdy when I’m chopping. It’s got that hand-finished texture that just feels premium, and the chonky dragoon design makes me smile every time I pull it out.
It's honestly chonky in the best way—the thickness gives it a satisfying heft that makes food prep feel substantial. The maple and walnut finish came out absolutely flawless, and the handcrafted details really make it feel like a collector's piece rather than just a board.
The maple and walnut grain swirls together so smoothly across the surface, and it’s genuinely thicker than any board I’ve owned—the dragoon silhouette is a fun touch that still feels premium. I’ve already used it for a few heavy chopping sessions and the hand finish holds up without any knife marks
