Født af mødet mellem Sichuan- og japanske ramen-traditioner leverer vores Tantanmen en cremet, krydret sesambouillon, der gradvist opbygger både dens "Ma" (Sichuan-bedøvelsen) og "La" (varmen) på en lækker måde, der gør det svært at stoppe med at spise. Malet sesam danner den rige, fløjlsbløde base, lagdelt med chiliolie og en kraftig vegansk umami-bouillon, der er dristig, varmende og dybt tilfredsstillende.
