Timothy E. ★★★★★

The blade’s edge geometry feels precise even when I’m dicing onions for the taco spread, and the handle sits perfectly balanced in my grip. I’ve chopped through peppers, tomatoes, and cilantro without the knife ever slipping once.

Sophia D. ★★★★★

Used it for Taco Tuesday prep last night and it glided through tomatoes and onions without any crushing. The blade stays sharp even after a full batch of veggie chopping, and the balance makes quick work of mincing garlic.

Andrew ★★★★★

The blade glides through onions and peppers like they're butter, and the handle gives me a solid grip even when my hands get slick from prepping. I've used it every day since it arrived and it still feels as sharp as the first cut.
